Amazon Marketplace Manager | International DTC Brand

£50,000–£60,000 + benefits

Hybrid | UK

Own Amazon. Shape the strategy. Drive international growth.

I’m working exclusively with a fast-growing, internationally recognised DTC consumer brand that is looking for an Amazon Marketplace Manager to take full ownership of its Amazon channel across their global channels.

This is a genuinely hands-on opportunity for an Amazon specialist who wants more than simply managing listings and PPC campaigns.

You’ll have real ownership of the channel, influence over international growth strategy and the opportunity to shape how Amazon contributes to the wider ecommerce business.

The business has grown into a multi-million-pound international consumer brand, with a distinctive proposition, strong brand identity and an ambitious growth plan.

What you'll own

  • Full commercial ownership of Amazon performance across the UK, US, Canada, Australia and EU.
  • Develop and execute the international Amazon growth strategy.
  • Own revenue, ROAS, ACOS, spend and marketplace performance.
  • Optimise listings across titles, copy, keywords, imagery and A+ content.
  • Develop market-specific strategies across different territories.
  • Own Amazon advertising activity using Perpetua.
  • Use data and tools such as Helium 10 to identify opportunities and improve performance.
  • Develop pricing and promotional strategies while protecting profitability.
  • Lead Amazon product launches and determine the appropriate fulfilment model across markets.
  • Work closely with creative and marketing teams on campaigns and advertising.
  • Monitor competitors, pricing, product duplication and potential IP issues.
  • Use Amazon insights to influence the wider DTC and ecommerce strategy.
  • Become the internal Amazon expert and a key voice within weekly commercial trading discussions.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

More than an Amazon operator

This is an important distinction.

We're not looking for someone who simply manages Amazon PPC or keeps marketplace operations ticking over.

The ideal person will understand:

  • Amazon + ecommerce + marketing + brand + commercial performance.
  • You'll be expected to spot opportunities, build the business case, execute the strategy and measure the result.
  • It's a lean, entrepreneurial environment, so you'll have plenty of autonomy and visibility.

Why join?

You'll be joining a genuinely exciting international consumer brand with:

  • Five international Amazon markets to own
  • Significant scope to accelerate marketplace growth
  • Genuine autonomy and ownership
  • Strong sustainability credentials
  • Hybrid working
  • Private healthcare
  • Cycle to Work & technology schemes
  • Wellbeing benefits
  • Regular team socials
  • Product perks

And, importantly, you'll be joining a business that has built a strong reputation for its culture and employee experience.

Interested?

If you're an Amazon specialist who has owned international marketplace growth, particularly within the US, and you're looking for a role where you can genuinely own the channel rather than simply operate within it, I'd love to hear from you.
