About Us
We are a FMCG business with five established brands, selling across online marketplaces in the UK and internationally. We’re launching new products at pace and investing in our Amazon US business and third-party marketplace presence.
We’re looking for a commercially minded Amazon Marketplace Manager to drive sales, profitability and operational excellence. You’ll take primary ownership of Amazon US, with additional responsibility for third-party channels, mainly Temu as well as some other UK Marketplaces.
Responsibilities:
- This is a hands-on role covering the day-to-day performance and growth of our Amazon US account.
- You’ll manage listings, product launches, pricing, promotions, advertising and account health, using performance data to identify opportunities and protect margins.
- You’ll also help grow our presence on Temu and other UK Marketplaces. Working closely with Marketing, Purchasing, Operations and Customer Service, you’ll have the ownership to shape how these channels develop.
- You’ll be responsible for the commercial performance of your marketplaces, closely monitoring revenue, profit, margin and costs and understanding what is driving performance at SKU and marketplace levels.
- A major part of the role will be managing and optimising Advertising data, monitoring ACOS, ROAS and TACOS, scaling successful campaigns and identifying areas of wasted spend. You’ll use advertising data alongside organic sales, conversion and profitability to make informed commercial decisions.
- You’ll take ownership of marketplaces, brands, listings and SEO, ensuring titles, keywords, imagery, visual content and product information are optimised for both visibility and conversion. Working closely with our team, you’ll continuously identify opportunities to improve how our products are presented and perform online.
- Beyond Amazon, you’ll help manage and grow our presence across marketplaces including eBay, TikTok Shop, Temu and other UK and international channels, identifying which products and strategies have the greatest potential on each platform.
- You’ll be responsible for understanding the complete stock position behind the marketplaces you manage, from FBA inventory and 3PL warehouse stock through to forecasting, replenishment and ageing inventory. You’ll help identify new products, range extensions and marketplace opportunities using sales data, competitor research, trends and customer demand.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

- Experience managing marketplaces outside Amazon, particularly TikTok Shop, eBay, Temu or similar platforms, would be a strong advantage.
