πŸš€ Amazon Marketplace Manager | Own UK & EU Growth | Consumer Brand

πŸ“ Central London (Next to BT Tower) | 4 Days Per Week in the Office

πŸ’° Β£55,000-Β£65,000 + Bonus Potential

A fast-growing consumer brand is looking for an experienced Amazon Marketplace Manager to take ownership of its growing Amazon business across the UK and Europe.

The business currently manages 10 brands across Amazon, spanning everyday beauty and skincare products through to premium and luxury ranges, making this a fantastic opportunity for someone who understands how to grow brands across different price points and customer segments.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a brand that is investing heavily in ecommerce and marketplace growth, with Amazon playing a key role in its next stage of expansion.

This is a hands-on commercial role where you'll own the Amazon channel, driving sales performance, improving profitability, and ensuring each brand is represented to the highest possible standard.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the growth of the channel, owning strategy and execution while helping shape how a portfolio of brands competes within Amazon's marketplace.

Success in this role is not just about increasing revenue. It's about understanding how to build and scale brands on Amazon - balancing commercial performance with strong content, customer experience, profitability, and long-term marketplace growth.

The Role

As Amazon Marketplace Manager, you'll take full ownership of Amazon trading performance across UK and EU marketplaces.

You'll be responsible for:

  • Managing Amazon Seller Central and/or Vendor Central accounts day-to-day, ensuring strong account health and consistent trading performance
  • Owning product listings end-to-end, including titles, bullet points, descriptions, A+ Content, Brand Stores, and backend keywords
  • Optimising listings to improve visibility, conversion, and brand presentation across multiple product categories
  • Managing Amazon PPC campaigns and improving performance across ACOS, TACOS, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rates
  • Supporting FBA operations including stock management, replenishment, and forecasting with the operations team
  • Analysing performance data to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities
  • Monitoring competitor activity, category trends, and Amazon platform updates
  • Working closely with marketing, sales, and operations teams to ensure consistent execution across all brands

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer β€” it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet β€” that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
