About Accapi Group

Accapi Group is the exclusive European distributor for Ruffwear, the world’s leading premium outdoor dog gear brand. We work with retailers and consumers across the UK and Europe, helping dogs and their humans get outside and explore together. As our Amazon business continues to grow, we are looking for an experienced Amazon Marketplace Manager to take ownership of our Amazon channel and help drive profitable, sustainable growth. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing business at an important stage of development for our Amazon channel. The initial role will be offered on a flexible 6-month employment contract, with the potential for the role to develop significantly depending on the success of the position, business requirements and growth of the Amazon channel.

The Role

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Amazon professional to take ownership of a key ecommerce channel within a growing business. You will be responsible for the commercial performance and day-to-day management of Amazon, ensuring our catalogue is optimised, product launches are executed effectively, and opportunities to improve sales, profitability and operational performance are identified and delivered. Working closely with our Marketing, Sales and Operations teams, you will coordinate activity across the business to ensure Ruffwear remains best-in-class on Amazon. The role offers significant scope for development. As the Amazon channel grows and the impact of the role develops, there will be an opportunity for the position and responsibilities to evolve accordingly.

Key Responsibilities

Amazon Channel Ownership

  • Own the commercial performance of Amazon, monitoring sales, profitability and key marketplace metrics.
  • Identify opportunities to drive profitable growth and improve channel performance.
  • Provide regular reporting, insights and recommendations to support decision-making.
  • Act as the internal Amazon subject matter expert.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
