Amazon Marketplace Manager (3+ Years Experience)
Overview
We are looking for an experienced Amazon Marketplace Manager to manage and optimise our Amazon presence across multiple marketplaces. This role will be responsible for improving listing performance, managing operational tasks within Amazon Seller Central, ensuring catalog and compliance health, and reporting on channel performance. The ideal candidate has at least 3+ years of hands-on Amazon experience managing Amazon accounts, strong analytical skills, and experience collaborating with marketing and design teams to improve listing conversion.
This is a remote role working closely with our eCommerce team.
Key Responsibilities
Listing Optimisation
- Optimise Amazon listings to maximise conversion rate and keyword ranking
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis
- Update product titles, bullet points, descriptions, and backend search terms
- Manage and improve A+ content
- Ensure listings follow Amazon SEO best practices
- Track organic keyword rankings and identify optimisation opportunities
Catalog & Listing Health Management
- Maintain overall catalog health across all ASINs
- Fix suppressed listings, missing attributes, and catalog errors
- Manage variation structures and parent-child listings
- Resolve listing conflicts, duplicates, and detail page errors
- Handle ASIN merges and splits
- Work with Amazon Seller Support to resolve catalog issues
Amazon Inbound & Inventory Management
- Create and manage FBA inbound shipments
- Coordinate with operations team and 3PL to ensure smooth inventory flow
- Monitor stock levels and sell-through
- Resolve inbound shipment issues with Amazon
- Ensure proper inventory availability for deals and promotions

Amazon Compliance & Account Health
- Ensure all listings comply with Amazon policies and category requirements
- Monitor Account Health dashboard
- Manage compliance requests and product documentation
- Resolve policy violations and performance notifications
- Prevent listing suppression or account suspension
Deals & Promotions
- Plan and execute Amazon deals and promotions
- Manage Lightning Deals, Coupons, Prime Exclusive Discounts
- Coordinate promotions with inventory availability
- Monitor deal performance and optimise future promotions
Reporting & Performance Monitoring
- Prepare weekly and monthly Amazon performance reports
- Track key metrics including:
- Revenue
- Conversion rate
- Sessions
- TACOS / ACOS
- Organic keyword rankings
- Inventory health
- Identify opportunities to improve channel performance
Review & Rating Monitoring
- Monitor product reviews and ratings
- Identify product issues from review feedback
- Flag negative reviews or quality issues internally
- Implement compliant strategies to increase review volume
Creative & Content Management
- Work with designers to update and improve:
- Product images
- Infographics
- A+ content
- Amazon Brand Store
- Provide clear creative briefs based on Amazon best practices
- Ensure all creative assets meet Amazon image guidelines
Competitor Monitoring
- Track competitor listings, pricing, and positioning
- Identify opportunities to improve listing content and conversion
- Monitor category trends and competitor launches
Product Launch Support
- Assist with new product launches on Amazon
- Ensure listings are fully optimised prior to launch
- Support launch promotions and ranking strategies
- Coordinate launch timelines with marketing and inventory teams

Requirements
Experience
- Minimum 3 years experience managing Amazon accounts
- Experience managing Amazon Seller Central
- Experience managing accounts with $1M+ in Amazon revenue
- Experience managing listings across US, UK, or EU marketplaces preferred

Skills
- Strong understanding of Amazon SEO and listing optimisation
- Experience managing FBA shipments and inventory
- Strong knowledge of Amazon catalog structure and listing troubleshooting
- Familiarity with Amazon compliance and account health
- Ability to analyse performance data and identify optimisation opportunities
- Experience working with design teams to improve listing content
