Amazon Marketplace Manager | Premium Beauty Portfolio | Up to £65,000 + Bonus & Benefits

Euston, London | Hybrid (4 Days Per Week)

This isn't just an Amazon Marketplace role. It's an opportunity to shape how premium brands are represented, protected, and grown across Amazon UK and European marketplaces.

I'm partnering with a well-established US beauty group that works with a portfolio of luxury skincare, premium beauty, and high-value consumer brands. With 10 brands already in its portfolio and further launches planned across the UK and Europe, the business is investing heavily in its Amazon presence.

They are now looking for an Amazon Marketplace Manager to take ownership of marketplace performance across their portfolio, ensuring each brand is positioned correctly, commercially optimised, and protected in a competitive marketplace.

This role is ideal for someone who understands that Amazon is not just about driving sales volume. It is about building long-term brand value, maintaining premium positioning, and creating a customer experience that reflects the quality of the products.

This isn't a role for someone coming from a purely high-volume, low-margin environment where success is only measured through units sold. The successful candidate will understand how to grow brands whilst protecting pricing, content quality, and overall brand reputation.

The Opportunity

You'll own the day-to-day management and commercial performance of Amazon UK and European marketplaces across a portfolio of premium beauty brands. As the Amazon function continues to grow and additional brands launch across the UK and Europe, this role offers a clear pathway into leadership. You'll have the opportunity to help shape processes, influence marketplace strategy, and play a key role in building the future Amazon team.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll take ownership of Amazon trading performance, ensuring brands are presented at the highest standard and positioned for sustainable growth. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing Amazon Seller Central accounts, ensuring strong account health and smooth day-to-day trading.
  • Owning product listings end-to-end, including titles, bullet points, descriptions, imagery, A+ content, and backend optimisation.
  • Developing marketplace strategies that improve visibility, conversion, and organic performance.
  • Protecting brand positioning through strong content standards, pricing awareness, and monitoring marketplace activity.
  • Identifying and addressing opportunities around unauthorised sellers, catalogue accuracy, and customer experience.
  • Working closely with Amazon Media teams to ensure advertising and marketplace activity work together effectively.
  • Supporting FBA operations, including stock availability, replenishment, and forecasting.
  • Analysing marketplace performance, competitor activity, and customer behaviour to identify growth opportunities.
  • Producing reporting and insights to support commercial decisions.
  • Collaborating with Marketing, Sales, and Operations teams to deliver strong marketplace execution.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
