Amazon Media Manager | Up to £80,000 + Discretionary Bonus

Luxury Beauty Portfolio | Euston, London | Hybrid (4 Days Per Week)

Most Amazon Media roles are about managing campaigns. This one is about building something.

I'm partnering with a well-established US beauty group that is bringing some of the world's most desirable luxury skincare, premium beauty and professional haircare brands to the UK and European markets.

With an established portfolio of 10 premium brands—and more launches already planned—the business is investing heavily in its Amazon function. They're now looking for an Amazon Media Manager to take ownership of Amazon Advertising across the UK and Europe.

This isn't just an individual contributor role. As new brands are launched across the UK and Europe, you'll play a key role in shaping the Amazon Media function. The expectation is that this position will naturally evolve into a leadership role, giving you the opportunity to influence strategy, help build the team and progress your career as the business continues to expand.

If you enjoy combining commercial thinking with performance marketing and want genuine ownership over a growing Amazon media function, this is an opportunity to make a real impact.

The Role

You'll own the Amazon Advertising strategy across a portfolio of luxury beauty brands, ensuring media investment delivers profitable, scalable growth.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing and optimising Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display and DSP campaigns.
  • Developing keyword strategies, campaign structures, audience targeting and bidding strategies to maximise performance.
  • Monitoring and improving ROAS, TACoS, ACOS, CTR, CVR and organic rankings.
  • Identifying opportunities to scale hero products whilst improving media efficiency across the wider catalogue.
  • Analysing customer behaviour, marketplace trends and competitor activity to uncover new commercial opportunities.
  • Producing insightful performance reporting with clear recommendations.
  • Working closely with Marketplace, Commercial and Operations teams to maximise Amazon performance across the portfolio.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
