Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Performance Management

  • Take ownership of GMV and SO sales targets achievement for the Amazon online store.
  • Monitor competing products' sales strategies.
  • Track and analyze sales and traffic related data, and provide insights and optimization suggestions based on the performance.

End-to-End Store Campaign Management

  • New Product Campaign Management and Execution:
    • Collaborate with local team and the Pan-European team to formulate the launch plan for the country.
    • Coordinate the national-level launch strategies and integrate resources for successful local Amazon online store launches.
  • National Promotion Plan Management:
    • Based on the overall strategy of Pan-European Amazon, coordinate with local GTM team to formulate monthly sales plan.
  • Product Operations Management:
    • Guide operation specialist for product listing, including listing optimization, Q&A and reviews.
    • Monitor stock levels to avoid out-of-stock or overstock risks.
    • Conduct daily store inspections to identify operation-related issues, and track issues solving progress.

E-commerce Creative & Visual Execution

  • Guide design specialist for assets localization and optimization.
  • Ensure all visual materials are aligned with brand guidelines and optimized for Amazon user experience.

Risk & Compliance

  • Conduct regular checks on unauthorized use of brand assets and report platform violations.
  • Ensure store information and policies (e.g., logistics, payment, delivery) are updated in accordance with Amazon platform updates.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree in Marketing, E-commerce, or related fields.
  • Solid understanding of E-commerce platform operations, campaign mechanics.
  • Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and data reporting tools.
  • Strong communication and execution skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure and in fast-paced environments.

Language Requirements:

  • 🗣 English required | Chinese is a strong advantage
