Amazon Performance Marketing Manager

12 Month Fixed Term Contract (Maternity Cover)
Remote with 1 day per week in Bournemouth
Potential for permanent opportunities

Are you an Amazon specialist who still likes being hands on?
We're looking for an experienced Amazon Performance Marketing Manager to join our growing digital team on a 12 month maternity cover contract.

This is not a role for someone who simply manages agencies or reviews reports. We're looking for someone who knows Amazon inside out and enjoys getting stuck into the detail. You'll be actively managing campaigns, optimising performance, analysing data and helping clients grow their brands across the Amazon ecosystem.

Working across a portfolio of consumer health and FMCG brands, you'll have the opportunity to shape strategy while remaining close to execution, using the latest Amazon tools, advertising platforms and analytics to deliver measurable commercial results.

What you'll be doing

  • Creating and delivering Amazon-first growth strategies across Seller Central and Vendor Central
  • Managing and optimising Amazon advertising campaigns, including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display and Amazon DSP
  • Analysing campaign performance and making data-led recommendations to improve sales, visibility and profitability
  • Driving keyword strategy, listing optimisation and Amazon SEO to improve conversion and organic ranking
  • Developing A+ Content, Brand Stores and other marketplace content to maximise customer engagement
  • Using Amazon data and reporting tools to identify growth opportunities and improve campaign performance
  • Supporting clients with retail readiness, catalogue management, compliance and inventory planning
  • Delivering clear performance reporting and presenting actionable insights to clients and stakeholders
  • Supporting and sharing best practice with members of the wider performance marketing team

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
