Moburst, a leading global digital marketing agency, has joined forces with Hyperzon to create Hyperzon by Moburst—a powerhouse in innovative Amazon and e-commerce growth. Trusted by top brands, we deliver data-driven PPC strategies, full-service marketplace management, and bold creative campaigns that scale revenue and make an impact.

We are looking for an experienced, data-driven, and ambitious Amazon PPC Specialist to join our growing global team. In this role, you will take full ownership of high-budget Amazon ad portfolios, architecting sophisticated paid media strategies that accelerate growth, increase profitability, and deliver measurable ROI for our international client base.

Please note—while this is a remote position, candidates must be based and legally eligible to work in the UK.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead the development and execution of comprehensive Amazon PPC strategies. You will architect complex campaign structures tailored to product seasonality, market trends, and aggressive competitor landscapes to exceed client KPIs.
  • Utilize advanced analytics to interpret ACoS, TACoS, ROAS, and conversion metrics at a granular level. Translate raw data into strategic insights and performance pivots that drive long-term account growth and high client retention.
  • Oversee large-scale ad budgets with precision. Implement sophisticated bidding strategies and automated rules to maximize efficiency and account profitability.
  • Partner with creative teams to optimize ad copy, listing images, and video assets for high-performance Amazon ad formats. Ensure creative assets align seamlessly with the broader PPC strategy to drive engagement and conversion.
  • You will manage expectations, lead high-stakes quarterly strategy meetings, and build deep trust through consistent delivery of results and authoritative communication.
  • Perform deep-dive competitor audits, market landscape analyses, and advanced keyword research to uncover whitespace opportunities for clients to scale their Amazon presence.
  • Maintain high levels of responsiveness by managing client communications on Slack and participating in client meetings as required to ensure project alignment and satisfaction.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
