Who Are We
1000 Miles is a multi-brand consumer products company based in Yiwu, China, selling on Amazon across the US, Canada, UK, and Germany. We're a team of 30 from 7 nationalities, running lean and fast like a startup, with our own AI tools built into how we work every day. People here get real ownership over what they run.
This is an onsite position based in China. Candidates willing to relocate are welcome to apply.
Our brands include BSCOOL (Be. So. Cool. — creative activity kits for girls aged 4–12) and Pop Craze (Gifts That Make You Smile — novelty socks and gifts loved worldwide).
What is Your Role
You'll own the complete flow that gets our products from idea to Amazon's shelves: demand → purchasing → supplier → production → QC → warehouse → shipment → FBA.
One person accountable for the whole chain, so nothing falls between teams. You won't do it all yourself — you'll lead a merchandiser and coordinate closely with Production and the warehouse team to make sure the right people are moving on the right things at the right time.

What You'll Do
- Manage and guide the merchandiser working under you
- Track Amazon inventory needs and translate them into purchasing requirements
- Coordinate purchasing and stay on suppliers to hit commitments
- Follow production schedules and make sure goods are ready on time
- Own QC follow-up and resolve product quality issues
- Work hand-in-hand with the Production Manager and warehouse team
- Oversee incoming goods, stock prep, and outgoing shipments
- Coordinate shipments from China to Amazon's FBA warehouses
- Keep inventory, order, and shipment data accurate
- Spot delays, shortages, or quality risks early — and drive them to resolution
- Be the connector between the Amazon team and China operations
- Tighten up processes so ownership and follow-ups are always clear

What We're Looking For
- Experience in supply chain, purchasing, or operations (Amazon/e-commerce a plus, not required)
- Experience working in or with China is a plus
- Comfortable managing people and juggling multiple moving parts at once
- Sharp eye for catching problems before they become fires
- Strong communicator — able to coordinate across teams and cultures
- Based in or willing to relocate to Yiwu
