We have partnered with a fast-growing £30m+ consumer brand that has built its name selling into some of the UK's best-known retailers and they are now taking their Amazon business to the next level across the UK, EU and US.
This is a genuinely hands-on leadership role. You'll own the Amazon P&L and trading strategy, lead the team and drive significant profitable growth by territory and SKU.
What makes this role really interesting is the chance to work closely with product development and supply chain, spotting opportunities yourself and building them into real revenue earners on Amazon.
What you'll be doing
- Building and delivering a global Amazon strategy aligned to the wider business
- Owning daily, weekly and monthly trading performance, from sales and margin to Buy Box, conversion and stock availability
- Setting pricing strategy and leading the commercial plan for key moments like Prime Day and peak
- Owning the advertising budget and optimising PPC across Sponsored Products, Brands and Display
- Forecasting with Merchandising and Supply Chain to maximise availability and manage stock risk
- Identifying new territories and marketplaces and building the commercial case for investment
- Negotiating directly with Amazon, always with a win-win approach
- Producing clear, actionable reporting and competitor insight for the wider business

What we're looking for
- 5+ years in Amazon trading, with a proven track record of scaling a consumer brand (not just managing one)
- Vendor Central specialist across UK, EU and US, plus strong hands-on Seller Central experience
- Amazon P&L ownership and experience expanding into new territories
- Highly commercial and data-led, confident making decisions independently and constructively challenging others
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills (pivots, lookups, basic modelling)
- Experience with tools such as Helium 10, Jungle Scout, SellerBoard or Perpetua
- An appetite for using AI and automation to work smarter
