The Opportunity
The Ambassador Manager is responsible for the day-to-day management, optimisation, and performance of assigned ambassador, influencer, streamer, and creator partnerships.
The role is focused on ensuring partners deliver what has been agreed, partner content is reviewed and improved in real time, promotional campaigns are executed properly, and performance issues are identified and addressed quickly.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the day-to-day point of contact for assigned ambassadors, influencers, streamers, and creator partners, managing regular communication, relationship growth, feedback, and performance-focused partner management.
- Track partner deliverables, campaign activity, promotional requirements, and posting schedules throughout each month, ensuring partners follow contractual obligations, approved processes, and ambassador management best practices.
- Review partner content in real time across relevant platforms.
- Develop and coordinate promotional campaigns for partner audiences.
- Submit monthly partner-by-partner performance reports.
- Work closely with the CRM, marketing, PRM, and affiliate teams to support activation, retention, reactivation, and promotional campaigns.
- Coordinate with partners to brief, request, and collect content assets required by the Company.
- Submit end-of-month partner invoice reviews based on completed deliverables, flagging missed or incomplete contractual obligations to management.
- Support partner renewal discussions, onboarding processes, and new ambassador launches where required.
- Mentor and support Junior Ambassador Managers in the management and optimisation of partner relationships and campaigns.
- Review high-performing creator content, promotional formats, and audience engagement trends.

Highly Desired Knowledge and Experience
- Strong understanding of poker rules, terminology, and community dynamics.
- Proven experience managing influencer, streamer, ambassador, or creator relationships from onboarding to monthly execution.
- Exceptional project management and organisational skills, with a track record of tracking complex deliverables, schedules, and campaign activity simultaneously.
- High level of accuracy when auditing partner content, verifying promotional compliance, tracking deliverables, and reviewing monthly invoices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Natural ability or experience in guiding, mentoring, and supporting junior team members.
- Ability to analyse campaign activity and audience engagement metrics to optimise partner content and evaluate campaign effectiveness.
