We're looking for an AML and QAD Operations Executive to join our team in Milton Keynes on a permanent, part-time basis (21 hours a week). This role offers a salary of £31,942-£35,700 FTE.

  • Manage and process data in line with current AML legislation, the TCSP register and criminal record checks
  • Carry out supervisor to supervisor checks, liaising with other AML supervisors on the AML supervisory status of ICAEW firms
  • Monitor and respond to queries received in the AML email box
  • Provide administrative support to Head Office processes and ad hoc projects, as business needs require
  • Deliver timely, high-quality administrative support to Head Office, reviewer teams, and internal and external stakeholders
  • Keep accurate records

What you will need;

Experience

  • Thorough understanding of QAD's operational systems and activities
  • Computer literate, with excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite
  • Confident, inquisitive and accurate, with strong attention to detail and a willingness to take ownership for deliverables
  • Enjoys problem solving and has the capacity to learn quickly
  • A proactive team player, able to communicate with stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask
