AML & Conflicts Analyst (12 Month Fixed Term Contract)

Description
We are seeking an experienced AML & Conflicts Analyst to join on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This is an excellent opportunity to build on existing compliance experience within a supportive, fast-paced environment, with hybrid working. This role can be based at either our Birmingham or Manchester office.
The Role
The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the firm meets its regulatory and risk management obligations.
- Review and assess client due diligence (CDD)
- Conduct client and matter research using screening tools
- Manage and analyse conflicts searches
- Support fee earners with AML and source of funds queries
- Assist in resolving conflicts and maintaining compliance standards
- Support the implementation of information barriers

The Candidate
The ideal candidate will be confident working both independently and collaboratively within a busy team environment.
- Minimum of 2 years’ legal compliance experience in a law firm
- Strong knowledge of AML and conflicts processes
- Experience with Intapp Open
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- A proactive, flexible approach with strong teamwork skills
