This is an excellent opportunity for an AML professional with strong client due diligence and sanctions experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced, collaborative setting.

The Role

As AML Risk & Compliance Analyst, you'll be responsible for the timely and accurate completion of AML and client onboarding processes, helping to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal risk frameworks. You'll work closely with senior compliance stakeholders, legal teams and business leaders across multiple jurisdictions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct Client Due Diligence (CDD) on corporate and individual clients.
  • Complete AML checks and risk assessments for new and existing clients.
  • Undertake Politically Exposed Person (PEP) screening and verification activities.
  • Perform sanctions screening across global sanctions regimes and investigate potential matches.
  • Liaise with partners and stakeholders to obtain required AML documentation and information.
  • Maintain and update compliance systems and databases accurately.
  • Prepare AML review packs and recommendations for management sign-off.
  • Monitor existing client files and conduct ongoing due diligence reviews.
  • Support audit requests and regulatory compliance initiatives.
  • Assist with process improvement projects and implementation of enhanced AML procedures.
  • Provide training and support to colleagues within the compliance function.
  • Escalate AML and sanctions concerns to senior compliance management where appropriate.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
