As the first point of contact, you will represent both our business and our clients, ensuring every interaction is welcoming, professional, and seamless.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver a professional and welcoming reception service.
- Manage visitors, bookings, and reception enquiries.
- Maintain high presentation standards across guest-facing areas.
- Manage reception inboxes and visitor management systems.
- Build strong relationships with occupiers and client teams.
- Support events, pop-ups, and occupier engagement activities.
- Work closely with Security and follow site procedures.
- Support colleagues with training and knowledge sharing.
- Contribute ideas to improve the guest and occupier experience.
- Remain flexible and respond proactively to daily operational needs.
- Manage venue bookings in line with the booking policy and prepare reports on booking activity.
Qualifications
What We’re Looking For
- Previous receptionist or front-of-house experience (preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional and confident manner
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general office systems
- A proactive, service-driven mindset
