Job Description

At DXC Technology, we use the power of technology to deliver mission-critical IT services that help our customers modernize operations, optimize performance, and innovate for the future.

We're looking for an experienced Marketing Campaign Manager to join our global marketing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven marketing professional to lead the execution of integrated demand generation campaigns that drive engagement, create pipeline, and deliver measurable business outcomes.

Working across DXC's offerings, industry sectors, and strategic partnerships, you'll design and execute customer-focused, multi-channel marketing campaigns that support business growth while collaborating with a broad network of stakeholders across sales, marketing, communications, and external partners.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Marketing Campaign Manager, you will:

  • Design, plan, and execute integrated demand generation campaigns across digital, social, email, events, content, and partner channels.
  • Develop and manage end-to-end campaign plans, ensuring on-time delivery and alignment with business objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing leadership, sales, communications teams, business stakeholders, and external agencies.
  • Drive measurable campaign performance, including lead generation, conversion rates, engagement, and revenue contribution.
  • Work with analytics and insights teams to monitor campaign effectiveness and optimize performance based on data.
  • Manage campaign budgets, timelines, project plans, and stakeholder communications.
  • Create and maintain campaign briefs, dashboards, reporting packs, and performance reviews.
  • Implement a continuous improvement approach by testing, learning, and refining campaign strategies.
  • Partner with sales enablement teams to ensure successful lead handover and sales follow-up.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
