Analista de Laboratorio
Nos encontramos en la búsqueda de Analistas de Laboratorio para una importante empresa dedicada a la extracción de litio, el control de calidad y el desarrollo tecnológico en Salta y Catamarca, garantizando la excelencia operativa y el cumplimiento de los más altos estándares de calidad y seguridad. Buscamos profesionales o técnicos orientados a la precisión, la seguridad y la mejora continua en procesos analíticos industriales, con capacidad para trabajar bajo régimen minero y adaptarse a entornos exigentes.
Responsabilidades
- Realizar análisis químicos cuali-cuantitativos de materias primas, compuestos de litio, productos intermedios y finales para asegurar la confiabilidad de los resultados.
- Operar, calibrar y mantener equipos e instrumentos analíticos de laboratorio (ICP-OES/MS, PSA, medidores de pH).
- Controlar niveles de impurezas (boro, magnesio, calcio) para verificar la pureza del producto.
- Preparar reactivos y soluciones, registrando y documentando resultados en informes y certificados de análisis (CoA).
- Velar por el cumplimiento de procedimientos operativos estandarizados (SOP), normas de seguridad (MSDS) y gestión de inventario.

Requisitos
- Formación: Secundario técnico completo (excluyente) o Tecnicatura en Química, Procesamiento de Salmuera de Litio o carreras afines.
- Experiencia: De 1 a 3 años en posiciones similares, preferentemente en laboratorios industriales o de control de calidad.
- Conocimientos: Estequiometría, química analítica y técnicas de análisis instrumental.
- Idioma: Inglés (deseable, no excluyente).
- Disponibilidad: Turnos rotativos, régimen minero 14x14.
- Residencia excluyente:
- Salta: Santa Rosa de los Pastos Grandes o Salar de Pocitos.
- Catamarca: Salar del Hombre Muerto, Antofagasta de las Sierras o Ciénaga Redonda.

Condiciones de la propuesta
- Contratación: Indeterminada (6 meses de prueba), bajo convenio AOMA.
- Beneficios: Comidas, indumentaria/EPP y acceso a gimnasio en sitio.
- Logística: Traslado garantizado al proyecto (colectivo/avión desde Salta Capital; colectivo/camioneta desde San Fernando, Andalgalá y Belén).
