Role Description:

Work with the product definition and marketing team to develop a specification that gives the product a competitive advantage in the IC market

Develop the product’s system architecture to optimize performance, power, and die size

Specify the requirements of individual IPs used in the product

Work with the project manager to define a development plan for design, verification, and layout

Develop a comprehensive analog and mixed-signal verification plan
-
Lead a high-quality product development by ensuring that best practices are followed, through thorough peer reviews, and detailed documentation

Collaborate with cross-functional teams on test development, product engineering, bench evaluation, and quality assurance

Qualifications

Strong foundation in analog design, with skills in Analog Circuits and Analog Circuit Design.

Experience in Circuit Design for integrated circuits, including analysis, simulation, and verification.

Knowledge of Power Management concepts and analog architectures used in power-efficient systems.

Proficiency with industry-standard EDA tools for schematic capture, simulation (SPICE or equivalent), and layout review.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.

Ability to interpret device physics and semiconductor processes to guide robust analog designs.
-
Effective communication and collaboration skills to work within multidisciplinary engineering teams.

Experience in the design of power management circuits is beneficial

Strong problem-solving mindset, attention to detail, and willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
