Analyst

As an Analyst, you will support asset management across EQT's logistics assets, with a focus on financial modeling, portfolio reporting, disposition analysis, and transaction execution. You will also support acquisition underwriting as needed.

About the logistics team

The logistics team manages assets across Value-Add, Core+, and Separate Account strategies. In this role, you will work across asset management and fund management activities, helping connect asset-level performance, analysis, and reporting with broader portfolio requirements.

About the role

You will support the delivery of asset business plans from acquisition through ownership and disposition, with primary responsibility for asset management analysis and reporting. Your work will help the team understand performance, assess risk and returns, and execute key asset-level initiatives.

  • Maintain dynamic cash flow models for existing portfolio assets and ensure the underlying analysis is accurate.
  • Underwrite asset-level initiatives, including lease proposals, tenant improvements, capital expenditure, and development projects.
  • Assess expected returns and risk profiles, and contribute to investment and asset management papers.
  • Support quarterly and annual investor reporting, including dashboards, databases, portfolio performance metrics, and asset-level data.
  • Maintain sales and rental comparable data to support valuation and market positioning, and coordinate with fund management teams on reporting requirements.
  • Analyze potential dispositions, including exit underwriting, data room preparation, and marketing materials.
  • Support transaction execution by coordinating with legal, technical, tax, and financial specialists, and help manage anti-money laundering checks, closing checklists, and deal team calls.
  • Support acquisition underwriting and financial analysis as needed.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
