Bordereaux Analyst (x2)
12-Month Fixed Term Contract | £50,000 - £55,000 + Benefits | Hybrid (1 Day per Week London)
Are you an experienced Bordereaux Analyst looking for your next opportunity within the Lloyd's and London Market?
A leading specialist insurer is seeking two Bordereaux Analysts to join their Operations team on a 12-month fixed term basis. This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in helping the business manage increasing volumes, improve service levels and drive operational efficiency.
Working within an established Bordereaux team, you'll be responsible for the validation, management and resolution of Bordereaux-related issues while partnering closely with Underwriting, Finance and Credit Control teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Review, validate and process Bordereaux submissions
- Manage workloads in line with agreed SLAs
- Investigate discrepancies and resolve data quality issues
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and coverholders
- Escalate and resolve material operational issues
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and process enhancements
- Ensure accurate and timely Bordereaux reporting and management

About You
We're looking for individuals who can hit the ground running and bring proven London Market experience.
You'll have:
- Previous Bordereaux Analyst experience
- Strong Lloyd's and London Market knowledge
- Experience validating and managing Bordereaux data
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

Desirable:
- Exposure to underwriting operations
- Experience identifying and implementing process improvements
- Knowledge of systems such as RiskWrite and/or Salesforce-based platforms
