Duties & Responsibilities
Set the Strategy
Translate company positioning, ICP priorities, and campaign goals into an annual influencer and advocacy plan with clear audiences, themes, channels, and investment choices.
Build the Network
Research, segment, recruit, and nurture a balanced network of industry experts, customer advocates, creators, community leaders, analysts, and implementation practitioners alongside sales partners.
Create the Engine
Develop repeatable programs and editorial moments that make participation in the programme easy: brief templates, content calendars, co-marketing packages, event formats, and recognition mechanisms.
Partner Cross-Functionally
Work closely with Product Marketing, Content, Demand Generation, PR, Sales, Customer Success, and executives to turn expertise into useful market-facing proof.
Protect Trust
Operate with transparency, disclosure, brand safety, data privacy, and editorial integrity. Choose credibility and audience relevance over follower count.
Prove Impact
Create reporting that links activity to audience quality, engagement, brand consideration, content performance, partner health, and influenced or sourced revenue.
COMPETENCY: WHAT GOOD LOOKS LIKE

- Program management: Runs multiple workstreams with clear owners, timelines, approvals, budgets, and follow-through.
- Measurement & insight: Builds practical dashboards, interprets signals, and turns results into better decisions.
- Cross-functional leadership: Influences without authority and brings internal experts into market-facing programs.
- Commercial acumen: Understands SaaS buying committees, demand creation, attribution limits, and the role of trust in revenue.
- Risk & reputation stewardship: Uses sound judgment around disclosure, brand safety, conflicts, privacy, and claims.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
