Description
Are you a curious, analytical mind looking to make a real impact in fund management? We are on the lookout for a sharp, detail-driven Analyst to join our Capital Allocation team – a core part of our Fund Management business.
This is not your typical back-office role. You'll be helping us make smart, data-led decisions that directly affect how we allocate capital across Europe on behalf of our investors.
From capital formation and client relations to investment and lending decisions, ongoing portfolio management, valuation, and performance tracking – you’ll gain exposure across the entire fund lifecycle.
This role would be perfect for someone who is eager to learn and has a passion for data! You'll be working with our Capital Allocation team in Manchester who are growing at a rapid pace.

About The Role
- Monitoring performance of funds under management, and diving into key trends, risks, and opportunities
- Monitoring investment performance and pipeline activity, flagging emerging risks to internal stakeholders
- Building and maintaining robust financial models to support pan-European capital allocation
- Supporting stress testing and scenario analysis to safeguard investment strategy
- Taking on special projects, helping shape business plans, and contributing to monthly forecasts
More About You
- A strong academic foundation in a quantitative discipline (e.g. STEM, Economics, Finance)
- Confidence working with large data sets and pulling out key insights
- Meticulous attention to detail and the ability to interpret complex information
- Advanced Excel skills (bonus points for SQL experience)
- A problem-solving mindset and the ability to work under pressure
- A self-starter who’s comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- Someone who’s always looking for ways to improve processes and drive efficiency
