Job Description

What will you do?

You will work in a high volume, fast-paced, team environment providing leverage and financing solutions to institutional clients. Based on the trading floor, you will execute in Repo, Securities Finance, Commercial Paper, Certificates of Deposit, and front-end Rates and Credit. Client relationship management is a key element of this role with regular meetings scheduled during and outside of office hours.

What do you need to succeed?

Having recently graduated from university, you will be motivated to build a career in financial markets. Candidates will be expected to demonstrate:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrable team player with intent to build and establish trusted internal and external relationships
  • Resilience and tenacity to thrive in a trading floor environment and manage competing priorities
  • Initiative and accountability to embrace new tasks and additional responsibility
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
