Analyst Developer - M365

We're supporting a major organisation undergoing a significant digital transformation programme and are looking for an Analyst Developer with strong Microsoft Power Platform and Copilot Studio experience to join an Agile delivery team.

This role will focus on the design, development and enhancement of AI-powered solutions, business applications and knowledge-sharing platforms using the Microsoft ecosystem. You'll work closely with business analysts, developers and technical specialists to deliver secure, user-focused solutions that provide real business value.

Location: Edinburgh (Hybrid)
Rate: Up to £450 Inside IR35
Duration: 5 Months

Key Responsibilities

  • Configure, develop and enhance Microsoft Copilot Studio agents and conversational experiences
  • Build and maintain Power Apps and Power Automate solutions
  • Develop and support SharePoint-based solutions and knowledge management platforms
  • Assist with requirements gathering, analysis and solution design activities
  • Contribute to user stories, backlog refinement and sprint delivery
  • Produce technical documentation and supporting project artefacts
  • Support testing, deployment, go-live and post-implementation activities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional delivery teams to drive continuous improvement
  • Ensure solutions meet business requirements, acceptance criteria and security standards

Key Skills Required

  • Strong experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio
  • Commercial experience developing Power Apps and Power Automate solutions
  • SharePoint Online development and configuration experience
  • Experience gathering requirements and supporting solution design
  • Understanding of Agile methodologies and sprint-based delivery
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
