About WTiN

WTiN is an independent intelligence provider to the global textile & apparel industry. We produce original research, data and analysis on material innovation and manufacturing technology for an international membership that includes leading brands, manufacturers, materials innovators and academic institutions.

The role

We are looking for an experienced analyst and writer to join us on a fixed-term basis, taking ownership of our brand-facing analysis and product innovation coverage.

This is a broad, senior role spanning research, writing, client relationships and team leadership. You will work directly with senior contacts at global brands, lead analytical projects across sportswear, outdoor, footwear and materials and take responsibility for our published coverage in those areas. You will also line manage one analyst.

It will suit someone who enjoys variety, is comfortable working independently and can move between technical subject matter and commercial conversations with equal confidence.

What you will be doing

Client relationships and analysis

  • Acting as the main point of contact for a portfolio of international brand clients
  • Leading analytical projects from initial scoping through to delivery and presentation
  • Working with colleagues across the business to bring the right expertise to each piece of work
  • Identifying opportunities to develop existing client relationships

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
