Help us create a better future, quicker
We're looking for a Quality Analyst to lead and develop the document control function across SP Energy Networks Projects. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in improving how project information is managed, supporting the transition to Building Information Modelling (BIM) practices and helping implement Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) across the business.
You'll work at the heart of major infrastructure projects, ensuring critical project information is accurate, secure and accessible throughout the project lifecycle. By driving improvements in document management and supporting the delivery of network investment programmes, you'll contribute directly to the efficient delivery of projects that support the transition to Net Zero.
What you'll be doing
- Provide functional leadership for document control activities across SP Energy Networks Projects, ensuring consistent, high-quality document management practices and supporting teams throughout the transition from ProjectWise to Autodesk Construction Cloud.
- Become the subject matter expert for document management systems, working closely with Quality, BIM, IT and project stakeholders to improve processes, enhance user experience and ensure compliance with company standards.
- Lead and support document control teams, coordinate audits, monitor performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Drive the close-out of historical projects, support the management of as-built documentation and develop meaningful reporting that provides insight into project and document control performance across the business.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
