About the Role
This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate looking to build a career in fund services. As an Analyst within the Fund Administration team, you will support the delivery of accounting, reporting and investor servicing activities for a diverse portfolio of venture capital and real estate clients.
Working alongside experienced fund administration professionals, you will gain valuable exposure to fund services, assisting with fund accounting and preparing investor, financial and regulatory reports. You will develop strong understanding of the industry while building strong relationships with clients, investors, auditors and advisors.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation of management accounts and financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting frameworks
- Maintain the underlying bookkeeping records, ensuring all transactions are accurately and completely recorded in accordance with applicable standards and procedures
- Prepare bank and balance-sheet reconciliations, investigate discrepancies and ensure outstanding items are resolved promptly
- Support with the calculation of management fees and investment interest
- Prepare investor, financial and regulatory reporting and present as required
- Ensure accounting records are complete, accurate and maintained in accordance with applicable standards and procedures
- In coordination with investors and the Compliance team, ensure all AML and other regulatory requirements are met
- Ensure subscription agreements are in place and supporting documentation is appropriately maintained and recorded
- Respond to routine client and investor queries and communicate updates in a timely and professional manner
- Build and maintain positive working relationships with clients and investors
- Support adherence to internal controls, policies and procedures
- Ensure deadlines are met and deliverables are completed to a high standard
- Stay informed on relevant industry developments, accounting standards and regulatory changes

About You
You will be a motivated and ambitious graduate with a strong interest in accounting and fund services. You will enjoy problem solving, building strong relationships and will be keen to develop the technical knowledge and professional skills required for a successful career in fund administration.
Skills and Requirements:
- A minimum 2.1 degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related discipline
- Strong academic record with excellent numerical and analytical skills
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn and a proactive approach to problem solving
