Join our Global Banking & Markets team as an Analyst within Global Loan Syndications (GLS) and Telecoms, Media & Technology (TMT) Coverage, where you'll work on high-profile debt financings, syndicated loans and corporate transactions across Europe.
This is a unique opportunity to combine technical financing expertise with direct exposure to corporates across the dynamic TMT sector, while partnering with colleagues across London, New York and other global financial centres.
Working as part of a lean, high-performing team, you'll gain significant responsibility from day one and play an integral role in originating, structuring, underwriting and executing transactions for some of the world's leading companies.
What You'll Be Doing
As an Analyst, you'll support the execution and growth of our European Global Loan Syndications platform while working closely with the TMT coverage franchise. Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the origination, underwriting and execution of syndicated loan transactions across primary and secondary markets.
- Analysing market developments, pricing trends and investor appetite to help drive transaction strategy and client solutions.
- Building and maintaining loan market databases, market intelligence and league table analysis.
- Supporting the agency business through the management of lender websites, syndicate communications and ongoing client servicing.
- Working closely with senior bankers, product partners and global teams on cross-border financing opportunities.
- Partnering with teams across Europe and North America to deliver integrated solutions to clients.
- Monitoring economic, regulatory and market developments impacting loan markets and the broader financing environment.
- Contributing to a culture of collaboration, inclusion and high performance.

What We're Looking For

About The Team
Based in London, you'll join a specialist European team responsible for Global Loan Syndications and TMT financing activities across the region. The team works closely with industry coverage, leveraged finance, credit, sales and trading, and capital markets professionals to deliver financing solutions for clients.
With direct exposure to senior decision-makers and market-leading transactions, this role offers an outstanding platform for developing a long-term career in investment banking and financing.
