ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking an Analyst I to support audit and revenue recovery activities through data analysis, claims preparation, and documentation review. This role will work closely with internal teams, clients, and vendors to identify discrepancies, process claims, and ensure accurate and timely audit execution.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Analyze client data to identify errors and revenue recovery opportunities.
- Review contracts, financial records, and supporting documentation as part of audit activities.
- Prepare, document, and process claims accurately and on time.
- Maintain and update claims management systems.
- Communicate with vendors and clients regarding claim support documentation and inquiries.
- Assist with claim packaging, submission, and follow-up activities.
- Support audit projects by gathering, reviewing, and organizing required information.
- Identify and escalate issues impacting claim resolution or audit outcomes.
- Meet production, quality, and audit cycle deadlines.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum 2 years of professional business experience.
- Previous experience in audit, finance, accounting, claims, data analysis, or a related field preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to review and interpret financial and contractual documents.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail and organizational skills.
