Role Overview
The primary function of the Relocation Accounting Service Team analyst is to answer incoming inquiries sent by Global Operations regarding the reimbursement of customer expenses. The Analyst must assist in resolving expense issues, while ensuring that customer and client needs are met in a timely, efficient manner through delivery of Top Block Service. This team is designed to act as a help desk for Global Operations by using systems such as Service Now to manage the inquiries and facilitate communication between the departments. Please note this role has working hours of 11am - 7:15pm Mon-Fri.

- Recognizes and communicates Relocation Accounting procedures to internal customers
- Liaison between Global Operations and Relocation Accounting and Payroll Teams
- Adheres to Premier Executive services and Rush Expense processes
- Answers phones on Relocation Accounting Service line
- Resolves Service Team tickets within ServiceNow
- Special Projects as needed

Experience You Need
- Customer service experience (relocation experience preferred)
- Demonstrates analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Time management skills with ability to multi-task in deadline driven environment
- Strong planning, organizational and process management skills
- Internally motivated and self-starter
- Demonstrates abilities to partner effectively with other teams
- Bachelor’s Degree in related field preferred (Accounting, Finance, Business)
- ServiceNow experience preferred, but not required
