The Analyst, Insight and Analytics
The Analyst, Insight and Analytics supports the E-commerce Department by turning digital performance, customer behaviour and testing data into clear insight that helps improve the online guest journey, conversion and commercial performance. The role maintains reporting, supports testing and personalisation activity, analyses complex data sets, evaluates commercial and marketing initiatives, and provides evidence-based recommendations to support customer acquisition, retention and revenue growth.
Key Accountabilities
- Deliver return-on-investment (ROI) analysis for marketing and commercial initiatives using methodologies including econometrics, control-cell testing and reach, cost and quality analysis.
- Analyse and interpret data from multiple sources to identify trends, answer business questions and support trading, commercial and operational decision-making.
- Develop, maintain and distribute regular performance reports and dashboards, providing meaningful commentary and insight into performance drivers and variances.
- Maintain insight repositories, research libraries and testing schedules, ensuring knowledge is captured, accessible and leveraged across the department.
- Support ad-hoc projects, deep-dive analyses and data preparation activities, collaborating with analysts, data scientists and stakeholders across the organisation.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

Essential Experience Required
- Experience analysing and interpreting data to support business decision-making.
- Ability to derive meaningful insights and recommendations from diverse and complex data sources.
- Working knowledge of analytical programming tools such as Python and/or R.
- Experience producing reports, dashboards and performance analysis for business stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage data accurately and maintain robust documentation.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present technical findings in a clear and engaging manner to varied audiences.
