We are currently looking for an analyst to join our growing healthcare team in London.
Our analysts work closely with senior bankers to make a real impact on our clients’ business through involvement in all facets of investment banking activities including mergers and acquisitions, private placements, equity and debt offerings, and strategic advisory work. On a day-to-day basis our analysts:
- Create and maintain financial models
- Assist in the preparation of client materials
- Gather and synthesise quantitative and qualitative data
- Create and maintain industry-specific business development materials
- Conduct industry and company-specific research
- Interact with senior stakeholders and clients

Qualifications
- Educated to degree level or equivalent (2:1 or above)
Requirements:

- Minimum 2+ years investment banking/corporate finance experience
- Strong modelling skillset (DCF, LBO, Accretion/Dilution)
- Deep understanding of financial statements
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with ability to build strong relationships and rapport
- Motivated, team player with a desire to work in a fast paced, challenging environment
- Ability to manage a variety of transactions and projects simultaneously
- Positive work ethic and a high level of enthusiasm, initiative, and leadership potential
