Overview
17Capital’s Investor Relations team is looking to hire an Analyst to join their team in London to continue to drive the rapid growth of the firm. The individual will support the Investor Relations managers covering France and Northern Europe, working closely with colleagues across the firm’s international offices to assist in managing the existing LP base as well as supporting fundraising activities and investor events.

Role and Responsibilities
- Support the Investor Relations managers covering France and Northern Europe across a broad range of fundraising and investor servicing activities, adopting a generalist role across allocated workstreams
- Support the sales effort by assisting the team in the planning and implementing of the capital raising strategy, coordinating logistics and preparing appropriate documentation for use during fundraising periods
- Produce meeting notes, meeting materials and preparation materials for investor meetings and events
- Help maintain the ongoing relationship with existing LPs and prospects, providing hands-on support and responding promptly to their day-to-day requests and queries
- Coordinate with other internal teams on matters relating to LPs across the region, such as Client Services on DDQs and onboarding, and Communications on investor event marketing
- Prepare and produce materials for internal investor relations meetings
- Utilise and take the lead in managing IR-specific software, including CRM, ensuring all fundraising information is kept accurately and promptly maintained
- Proactively help and provide input into improving processes and procedures
Skillset required
- Fluent in French
- Undergraduate degree with strong academics
- Dynamic team player with a passion for investments, able to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
- Strong financial, analytical and technical skills including working with AI tools
- Exceptional communication skills both verbal and written
- Comfortable operating with autonomy and independence; takes ownership of own workload while demonstrating a high level of attention to detail
- Strong work ethic and ability to consistently deliver on commitments; takes on feedback and applied it to future work
- Validates own work for quality, accuracy and relevance, and escalates any identified risks appropriately
- Able to demonstrate honesty, integrity, and professionalism
- Competent in preparing impactful presentations, working with PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Teams, Sharepoint.
- Confident and proactive user of AI and digital tools; applies critical thinking to outputs and uses them responsibly to improve the efficiency and quality of work
