Fair Oaks Capital

Fair Oaks Capital is a specialist credit asset manager (c$4bn AUM) based in London, expanding its investor relations and marketing team. This is a new analyst position on a growing team, working directly with the firm's founders and investment team.

The position suits either a recent graduate or an early-career candidate with up to three years' experience - including from fund administration, fund services, or operations backgrounds looking to move to the investment-manager side.

What you will do

  • Produce and quality-check the monthly reporting cycle across our funds (factsheets, investor reports, performance analytics, mailings, and web updates) to fixed deadlines.
  • Work with the firm's AI production systems daily, running, documenting, and improving them.
  • Maintain investor data, CRM records, and prospecting analytics that feed the firm's pipeline framework.
  • Build toward investor-facing work: within a year, analysts are expected to contribute directly to marketing and client materials, product development and strategy, and to present internally and externally.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
