Are you ready to play a central role in equipping our lawyers with the skills they need to use AI and legal technology with confidence as part of our market-leading Practice Solutions function?

The Training Coordinator will support the planning, coordination and delivery of training across our suite of AI platforms and Practice Technology tools. The role will help ensure that lawyers have access to high-quality, timely and relevant learning opportunities. Sitting within the Practice Solutions function, the Training Coordinator will contribute to driving adoption, capability and confidence in new ways of working.

The Training Coordinator will assist with maintaining a comprehensive training plan and calendar, coordinate with internal teams to schedule and support the delivery of in-person and virtual training events, and act as a key point of coordination for AI and legal technology training activity. The role will also support engagement with external training providers and academic institutions to bring best-in-class learning into the Firm.

We are keen to meet individuals who thrive in a program environment and can support the planning, coordination and execution of a busy training schedule with multiple moving parts. Our approach is informed by data and feedback, and the Training Coordinator should be comfortable collating and acting on feedback and usage data to help continuously improve our training provision.

Key Responsibilities

Training Planning and Calendar Management

  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of a comprehensive training plan covering the Firm’s suite of AI platforms and Practice Technology tools, aligned with the rollout pipeline and lawyer needs across practice groups.
  • Help maintain and update a central training calendar, including in-person and virtual training events, drop-in sessions, office hours, onboarding sessions and refresher training.
  • Assist in sequencing training activity in line with technology rollouts, adoption priorities and key points in the lawyer development cycle.
  • Help track delivery against the training plan, flag gaps or slippage and support stakeholders in implementing corrective actions.
  • Work with the Change Management function to support the identification of opportunities for training to encourage uptake of legal technology and AI tools across global practice groups.

Training Delivery and Coordination

  • Support end-to-end coordination of training-event logistics, including scheduling, room bookings, virtual-platform setup, materials preparation, attendee communications and follow-up.
  • Act as a key coordination point between the Practice Technology Disputes team, Innovation and AI team, Knowledge team, Engagement and Development team, Practice Groups and other internal stakeholders to organize and deliver training.
  • Liaise with the Firm’s Events team to support classroom training, offsites and contributions to scheduled Firm-wide learning opportunities, including induction programs, retreats and academies.
  • Support trainers on the day of delivery, helping to ensure sessions run smoothly, technology functions as expected and attendees have what they need.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
