Job Description:

OMD’s Decisions Science team plays a vital role in ensuring that our clients realise the full potential of their marketing, their brand, and their audiences. This role will suit a candidate who is passionate about data and analytics, focused on exploring questions about brands, people, and where the two interact.

The successful candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, a keen attention to detail, and a desire to develop their technical and commercial skills in a collaborative environment.

Analysts are key contributors within the team, supporting the delivery of data-driven projects and helping to generate insights. You will work closely with senior colleagues to translate complex datasets into meaningful outputs, contributing to the team’s ability to provide clear and actionable recommendations.

Your role will focus on executing analysis, developing technical skills, and learning how to communicate insights effectively to internal and external stakeholders.

CLIENTS & COMMERCIALS:

You will be developing your ability to apply data and analytics to real-world business questions, playing a key role in supporting project delivery. Working under the guidance of senior team members, you will contribute to the execution of projects, ensuring that insights are structured, accurate, and relevant to client needs.

You will gain exposure to client relationships and begin to take responsibility for elements of project workstreams. Your role will involve supporting the development of reports and presentations that help clients understand their data and make informed decisions.

We want someone who is enthusiastic about analytics and excited to develop their expertise in data-driven problem-solving. As part of the team, you will contribute to the evolution of our analytical approaches, working with others to ensure that our solutions remain innovative and client-focused.

This role offers an opportunity to expand your knowledge of data science, media analytics, and marketing strategy, equipping you with the skills to progress within the team. You will gain exposure to different techniques and tools, helping to shape how we use data to drive better outcomes for our clients.

TECHNICAL CAPABILITIES:

A strong analytical thinker with a keen interest in using data to generate insights. Ideally, you will have some experience working with large datasets, extracting insights, and presenting findings in a clear and structured way.

You will be comfortable handling data with accuracy and attention to detail, ensuring that all outputs are well-structured, fit for purpose, and aligned with client needs.

Omnicom’s policy requires employees to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week, unless additional in-office days are directed by their agency or manager. Our objective is to increase this requirement over time, and many of our agencies as well as Omnicom’s corporate group already require five days of in-office attendance.
