About IGES

IGES GmbH specialises in health economic and strategic research and consulting services for international pharmaceutical and medical device manufacturers. It offers biotech, pharmaceutical and medical device companies solutions for market access, pricing and reimbursement of their medical innovations. The company has offices in France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and the United Kingdom and also provides support for multinational product launches. IGES is part of the Athagoras Group, which brings together various consulting firms for the life sciences industry.

IGES UK Pharma Ltd. is an entity in the UK, set up specifically to offer strategic advice to clients for early trial planning and launch of new innovative medicines within the NHS system to secure reimbursement. To strengthen and complement our existing extended Market Access team, we are looking for an Analyst to start as soon as possible in London (hybrid working model).

Our Vision

Our aim is to expand market access consulting in the United Kingdom by providing holistic strategic support from early trial planning to drug launch and securing reimbursement of innovative medicines. In collaboration with the wider IGES Group, our vision is to deliver a full service from strategy to submission for the pharmaceutical and biotech sector.

The Role

This is an entry-level position and an ideal first step into consulting. As an Analyst, you will be an integral part of the project team, supporting our Consultants and the Director in delivering high-quality market access work for pharmaceutical and biotech clients. You will develop consulting-grade skills in a fast-paced, research-driven environment, with structured guidance and clear development opportunities.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
