Department: Client Success - UK and Ireland

Employment Type: Permanent - Full Time

Description

This is an entry-level role within our Client Success team, and a genuinely exciting place to start a career in media and advertising. You will be working with real client data to help some of the world's leading advertisers understand and improve the performance of their media investment. If you are curious about how advertising works, enjoy getting to the bottom of data, and want to build expertise in a fast-moving industry, this role is a strong fit.

From the outset, you will be learning our tools and data processes while quickly getting involved in live project work. Within your first three months, you can expect to be contributing to real client deliverables, supported by experienced colleagues who will help you build confidence and capability as you go.

Key Responsibilities

From day one:

  • Embark on a structured training programme, including industry-recognised certifications such as Thinkbox TV Masters and Meta Blueprint, giving you a strong grounding in the media landscape from the very start
  • Learn and apply Ebiquity's internal analysis tools, data platforms, and reporting systems
  • Accurately input, process, and quality-check data in line with our standards
  • Produce data extracts and initial outputs for senior review
  • Maintain well-organised records of your work for the wider team

Within your first three months:

  • Contribute to live client projects, focusing on one to two media channels, producing analysis under the guidance of senior colleagues
  • Support the delivery team by preparing datasets, reports, and inputs for client presentations
  • Work to agreed timelines, escalating any issues promptly
  • Conduct competitive and industry analysis to contextualise client results
  • Begin supporting a range of consultancy outputs, including campaign support and client training materials
  • Support the Activation team where needed on data access and project tracking

Throughout, you will be an active and collaborative member of the team, building strong working relationships and contributing to a positive team culture.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

What will you bring to the role:

  • You may be a recent graduate, an early-career professional, or someone pivoting into the industry. What matters most is that you are analytically curious, comfortable working with data, and genuinely excited about the world of advertising and media
  • Enthusiasm to progress through the ranks, be passionate and ambitious
  • A good understanding and interest in the media and advertising marketplace
  • Confidence to present to small groups of people
  • Be analytically minded with a passion for data driven analysis
  • Good interpersonal skills enabling you to build positive internal and external stakeholder relationships
