Job Description
Ares Systematic Credit is a leading systematic investment manager with approximately $6 billion of assets under management as of June 30, 2026. The team delivers investment solutions for clients across long only, absolute return, and total return formats within investment grade, high yield, and convertible bond markets.
Ares Systematic Credit is seeking a highly motivated, highly numerate, detail-oriented Analyst to join the Product Management & Investor Relations team in London.
Primary functions and essential responsibilities
The successful candidate will sit within the Product Management & Investor Relations team and partner closely with the team members including the Engineering team. Responsibilities include client communications, market and competitor analysis, preparation of marketing materials, and management of investor data and reporting, and building out reporting capabilities such as:

- Identify and implement efficiencies to improve data collection, organization, and reporting processes
- Support Product Specialists in delivering strategy and product insights to clients and internal stakeholders
- Contribute across key strategies, including commingled funds and separately managed accounts
- Produce monthly, quarterly, and annual portfolio reporting, as well as respond to ad hoc investor requests
- Develop and maintain qualitative and quantitative content for consultant databases and RFPs
- Assist in the creation and ongoing enhancement of client-facing materials, including presentations, fund updates, and marketing collateral
- Update and tailor materials to reflect evolving market conditions and client requirements
- Build strong working relationships with cross-functional teams, including engineering, portfolio management, research, marketing, business development, compliance, legal, risk, performance, operations, and HR
- Ensure consistency and accuracy of data across all client and marketing materials
- Support client engagement activities, including meeting preparation, agenda development, and material customization
Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university, preferably in a STEM or finance.

Experience Required:
- Ideally experience in the financial industry (preferably within fixed income or credit markets) or technology industry (preferably with Python experience)
- Familiarity with Python, Microsoft Office, Co-Pilot, and Chat GPT
- Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to translate complex information into clear, compelling materials
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities
- Exceptional intellectual curiosity
- Ability to work independently and take initiative, researching solutions and suggesting resolutions
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines in a team-oriented environment
- Proactive, accountable, and process-driven work ethic
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively across all levels of the organization
- Strong interpersonal skills and collaborative approach
- Willingness to learn about systematic credit and ability to evaluate materials with a critical eye as to accuracy and commerciality
