About the Role

As Analyst Relations lead at Intellias you will be focused on building a sharper, more distinctive market presence that reflects the innovation and expertise at the heart of Intellias. This role collaborates with senior vertical leaders, subject matter experts, and our analyst relations partners to translate our capabilities into clear, compelling, evidence-backed messages.

This role will be the primary point of contact for global analyst relations — initiating, briefing, responding, and building trusted relationships with top-tier industry analysts such as Gartner, IDC, Everest Group and others.

The role reports to the Global Marketing Director and works closely with stakeholders across geographies, service lines, and corporate functions in a fast-moving and AI-enabled environment.

  • 5+ years’ experience in AR, marketing, product marketing, communications, or a related discipline — ideally in B2B technology and/or services.
  • Strong understanding of buyer needs, market dynamics, and competitive positioning.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English (native-level fluency required).
  • Confidence, gravitas, and experience engaging with senior executives and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to work autonomously in a matrix environment and drive projects forward without close supervision.
  • Strong project management skills, able to handle multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Experience managing analyst relations programmes or working directly with firms such as Gartner, IDC, Forrester, Everest Group etc.
  • Familiarity with digital engineering, consulting, or enterprise technology services.

Responsibilities

  • Lead analyst engagement – Manage our global analyst relations programme, including briefings, RFIs, and relationship-building with top analysts.
  • Support proposition development – Support the build, maintenance, and continuous refinement our portfolio of service propositions and supporting collateral through market research and analyst engagement
  • Equip teams to win – Deliver high-impact materials for pitches, proposals, and campaigns that align with buyer priorities.
  • Work across the business – Collaborate with executives, service leaders, and subject matter experts to ensure consistency, clarity, and market relevance.
  • Champion insight-led marketing and content – Leverage research, data, and market intelligence to inform service proposition development, GTM and marketing strategy, messaging and positioning.
  • Lead strategic marketing projects – Lead strategic projects and initiatives as a member of the marketing team
  • Support marketing activities in the UK – Support marketing activities e.g. events where required in the UK
