Working at the heart of strategic decision-making, you will use data, statistical analysis and innovative analytical approaches to help ensure that resources are aligned effectively to operational demand. Your work will directly support senior leaders in understanding current and future resource requirements, identifying risks and opportunities, and ensuring that Kent Police continues to deliver an effective service to the public.

Whether you are an experienced analyst looking to specialise in workforce and demand modelling, or an analytical professional seeking to apply your skills in a dynamic public sector environment, we would like to hear from you.

  • Contribute to the development of new analytical methodologies and modelling approaches as organisational requirements evolve.

  • Experience delivering end-to-end analytical work, including data extraction, cleansing, validation, statistical analysis and the production of insight that informs decision-making.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex analytical and statistical concepts to non-technical audiences.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
