About Steven.com

Steven.com is building the operating system for the $250b dollar creator economy. This industry is currently held back by fragmented tools and a lack of professional infrastructure. Steven.com is the unlock. We are the end-to-end Operating System designed to scale what is irreplaceably human.

We have built proprietary technology and obsessed teams to identify and scale the highest-potential creators across our core pillars:

Creator Media: Amplifying reach, influence, and trust.

Creator Community: Transforming audiences into connected tribes.

Creator Products: Providing creators with the infrastructure to build and back aligned products and ventures.

Funds & Investments: venture capital vehicle to invest in creator contexts.

Powered by Creator Tech & Intelligence: A proprietary data and technology suite that fuels smarter decisions and drives innovation across the entire flywheel.

Role Mission

Provide the executive team with clear, defensible answers to their most pressing strategic questions. You'll take an ambiguous brief, build the model, run the research, and hand back a decision leadership can act on with confidence - across every pillar of a $425m creator economy ecosystem.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

Key Outcomes

  • Structure ambiguous, high-stakes questions into a problem statement, hypothesis and workplan.
  • Build the financial models - P&L, valuation, scenario analysis, deal structuring - that underpin real capital and investment decisions.
  • Run market sizing, competitive mapping and diligence that shapes go/no-go calls on new categories, deals and ventures.
  • Write the executive-ready memos that turn analysis into decisions, flagging risk and uncertainty along the way.
  • Operate and sharpen our live agent stack - using it as your first input on every piece of work, and training it as you go.

Core Competencies

  • Understand the whole ecosystem grasping inter-dependencies, synergies and trade-offs across the business.
  • Structured thinker and sharp writer - you take a brief and return a clear, defensible output with no hand-holding.
  • Thrive under live, ambiguous conditions - juggling multiple workstreams and re-prioritising as things shift.
  • Lead data-driven analysis and pull out key strategic insights.
  • Analytical and numerically literate - you use data and analysis to strengthen your arguments and are comfortable working with and owning large, complex financial models.
  • Holds a point of view - confident in a recommendation, quick to update it on new evidence.
  • Intellectually honest - flags what you don't know early, and brings problems forward before they become fires.
  • AI-native - treats agents as a multiplier and a team member, not a threat.

You'll Thrive Here If

  • You are comfortable without close supervision in a founder-led environment.
  • You want direct exposure to Founder, CEO and C-suite level decision-making, not layers removed from it.
  • You're energised by ambiguity and speed over process and hierarchy.
  • You want a role that shapes how capital, talent and attention get allocated across an entire ecosystem.
  • You're genuinely curious about the creator economy - you use the products, follow the creators, and want in on the industry's next chapter.
  • You want progression that's genuinely open - P&L ownership, an in-pillar role, finance, M&A, or a broadening strategy mandate.

Ideal Background

  • 2-4 years at a top-tier strategy consultancy, investment bank, private equity, growth equity, or a high-velocity in-house strategy/corporate development function.
  • Track record of work that shaped real, live business decisions - not just theoretical exercises.
