About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and ambitious individual to join the UK Urban Destinations team, working on our flagship shopping centres, mixed use and office assets on behalf of internationally based Clients. As part of this specialist asset management team, you will assist with planning and delivering refurbishment projects, managing leasing campaigns, championing sustainability and social impact initiatives. This role will support more senior team members in undertaking detailed analysis, cash flow modelling and reporting, as well as providing asset administration support to the team.
Duties and Responsibilities Include
- Production of written and numerical asset level business plans with senior team support on inputs
- Preparation and monitoring of key client budgets and comparison/ analysis of actual expenditure incurred
- Support in provision of reporting data/ commentary to portfolio controller and accounting teams
- Assisting in the timely production of reports and presentations for our clients
- Attending property inspections – office buildings, shops, shopping centres
- Liaison with external teams (legal, agents, advisors) to ensure timely provision of information
- Prepare annual/ quarterly/ monthly (as necessary) asset performance reports to the Client, Portfolio Managers and wider team as required
- Regular interaction with internal databases such as Go Analytics, Anaplan and Dwellant checking quality of data
- Work with Portfolio Teams to provide MSCI with fund data to enable performance figures to be produced
- Support with procurement and invoicing

Person Specifications
- Financially numerate with a strong academic background
- Able to work as part of a team, as well as on own initiative
- You can communicate well, both verbally and in writing
- You are open minded and approachable with good interpersonal skills
- You are proactive, organized, with good time management skills and have the ability to coordinate tasks efficiently
- You have a keen eye for attention to detail
- Confident and hardworking
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)

We acquire, develop and manage real estate such as offices, industrial units, shops, shopping centres and residential accommodation, with the aim of producing returns for our clients. We have a mix of clients but these are predominantly made up of pension funds or insurance funds (whose aim is to invest their capital in order to create a return so they can meet their pension fund and insurance liabilities (payments to pensioners or payments to policy holders). As a result, the buildings we invest in subsequently provide a return for everyday people.

Hours
- Monday to Friday 09h00 – 17h30
- Office attendance 4 days per week for initial 3 month period
