Analyst - Wealth Manager Remuneration
We're looking for a talented finance professional to join our team as an Analyst - Wealth Manager Remuneration on a 12-month fixed-term contract.
This is an exciting opportunity to join us during a period of business and remuneration transformation, where you'll play a key role in ensuring our Wealth Managers and Partner Firms are remunerated accurately, efficiently, and in line with contractual and regulatory requirements.
Working closely with the Wealth Manager Remuneration Manager and Head of Wealth Manager Remuneration, you'll support the delivery of remuneration processes, help enhance management information and reporting, and contribute to initiatives that support business growth and ongoing transformation.
What you'll be doing:
- Preparing accurate and timely remuneration statements and payments
- Supporting month-end remuneration-related financial reporting
- Managing and resolving remuneration queries from Wealth Managers and Partner Firms
- Investigating and resolving data, process, and control issues
- Improving reporting and management information through tools such as CODA, TM1, and Tableau
- Supporting the transition to new remuneration frameworks and processes

What we're looking for:
- ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent qualified accountant
- Up to 3 years' post-qualification experience
- Experience in remuneration, financial analysis, financial control, or a similar finance role
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Advanced Excel skills
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Wealth Management, Asset Management, or Financial Services experience is desirable
- TM1 experience is a bonus, but not essential
