We are working with one of Europe’s largest and most established investment banks to hire Analysts and Associates into its London-based Telecoms Investment Banking team.

The team advises leading corporates, infrastructure investors, private equity firms and founder-owned businesses across the European telecoms and digital infrastructure landscape. Its coverage includes telecoms operators, fibre networks, towers, data centres, subsea cables, connectivity platforms, satellite communications and technology-enabled communications businesses.

This is an opportunity to join a highly regarded European advisory franchise with a strong cross-border deal pipeline, extensive senior-level relationships and exposure to complex M&A, financing and strategic advisory mandates.

The Role

Successful candidates will work closely with senior bankers across the origination and execution of transactions throughout the telecoms and digital infrastructure sectors.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the execution of domestic and cross-border M&A transactions
  • Preparing financial models, valuation analyses and transaction materials
  • Conducting detailed company, sector and market research
  • Producing presentations, information memoranda and management materials
  • Analysing strategic acquisition, divestment and capital-raising opportunities
  • Coordinating with clients, internal product teams, advisers and international offices
  • Supporting senior bankers with pitches, client meetings and sector-led origination
  • Monitoring developments across telecoms, connectivity and digital infrastructure
  • Taking increasing responsibility for transaction management and junior-team development at Associate level

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
