A leading international real estate investment manager is seeking an Analyst/Senior Analyst to join its Asset Management team.

This is a highly analytical and commercial role focused on the active management and value creation of a significant portfolio of real estate assets. The successful candidate will work across financial modelling, business planning, capital expenditure analysis and asset-level strategy, supporting senior members of the team in identifying and executing initiatives to improve investment performance.

The role offers significant exposure to operational real estate, and candidates with experience across sectors such as hotels, student accommodation, multifamily/BTR, healthcare or senior living are particularly encouraged. However, broader real estate backgrounds will also be considered where candidates can demonstrate strong technical and asset management capabilities.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain detailed asset-level financial models from scratch, including cash flows, valuations and returns analysis.
  • Undertake scenario and sensitivity analysis to assess different asset management strategies and investment outcomes.
  • Model and evaluate capital expenditure initiatives, including ROI, yield-on-cost and impact on asset value and returns.
  • Support the preparation and execution of asset-level business plans, budgets and forecasts.
  • Analyse financial and operational performance, identifying trends, risks and opportunities for value creation.
  • Monitor performance against underwriting and business plans and investigate key variances.
  • Support strategic asset management initiatives including capex programmes, operational improvements, refinancings and other value-add projects.
  • Work closely with operating partners and internal Investments, Finance, Operations and Capital Projects teams.
  • Prepare investment analysis, recommendations and materials for senior management.
  • Visit assets to develop a detailed understanding of their operational and financial performance.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
