Role Overview
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join Savills' expanding Hotels Operational Capital Markets team as an Analyst/Surveyor. Based in London, this role offers the chance to work on some of the UK's most prominent hotel investment and advisory assignments, supporting a wide range of transactions and consultancy projects across the hospitality and operational real estate sectors.
Working closely with experienced industry specialists, you will play an integral role in the delivery of hotel investment and advisory mandates. Your responsibilities will include:
- Undertaking financial modelling
- Investment appraisals
- Market research and due diligence
- Contributing to the preparation of client presentations, marketing materials and strategic recommendations
The role provides exposure to operator selection processes, hotel asset analysis and capital markets transactions, offering a unique opportunity to develop a comprehensive understanding of the hotel investment landscape. You will work with a diverse client base and gain hands-on experience across a variety of high-profile projects.
We are seeking an analytically minded individual with strong commercial awareness and a genuine interest in hotels, hospitality, real estate and investment. You will be a proactive team player with excellent attention to detail and a desire to develop your technical and advisory capabilities within a market-leading team.

Team Overview
Savills Hotels forms part of the Operational Capital Markets division, a specialist platform advising across hotels, residential, student accommodation, healthcare, senior living and other operational real estate sectors. The Hotels team combines hotel market expertise with capital markets, corporate finance and debt advisory capabilities, providing clients with market-leading transactional, consultancy and financing advice across the UK and EMEA. Based within a 150-person OCM platform, the team benefits from Savills' global network and investor reach.
