  • Manage demand and capacity planning activities, balancing customer requirements, production capability, and inventory targets to optimise business performance.
  • Monitor and improve planning accuracy through the establishment and tracking of key performance indicators (KPIs), providing regular reporting against production, shipment, inventory, and business plans.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, including Production, Customer Service, Materials Planning, Finance, and Supply Chain teams, to ensure plans remain aligned and achievable.
  • Oversee master scheduling, load levelling, bottleneck management, and production lead times, utilising best-practice planning methodologies and Theory of Constraints (TOC) principles where appropriate.
  • Maintain ERP planning parameters and manage daily MRP activities, including exception message resolution and escalation of issues that cannot be resolved locally.
  • Support Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) processes by providing input on demand, capacity, operational plans, and the feasibility of meeting business requirements.
  • Analyse production and supply performance, providing accurate delivery commitments, driving continuous improvement, and resolving planning and fulfilment challenges across multiple product lines.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
